School student transport scheme - student bus and rail passes

Eligible students must complete an online application form at the Transport for NSW website via this link:

Once you have submitted your application online you will need to print it out immediately or save it to print out later. Then you will need to sign and date it and bring it to school for endorsement. The school will then send the application to Transport for NSW for processing and you will be notified of the outcome of your application by email.

Students who live more than two kilometres from their ¹û¶³´«Ã½appÏÂÔØ campus are eligible to apply for a student travel pass. Subsidised school travel passes are only available between home and the school for school attendance on school days (Monday to Friday) and only for travel between the hours of 6:30am and 7:00pm.

The journey must commence and finish only at the points nominated on the application form. The journey may consist of one or more connected trips but an individual trip must not be broken.

A separate application form must be completed for each mode of travel, i.e. government bus, private bus, train or ferry. If two modes of transport are used (e.g. bus and train) you will need to complete two forms.
